Professional Statement
I have started my career in building software in 2019, by then I have come from digital marketing and customer service backgrounds, and it has excited me! Building software is much more challenging and complex, it excites my mind, there’s absolutely no better feeling of satisfaction like finally shipping the product to market and having to watch it being used and solving problems..
I have done parts as Product Owner, where I got to work and learn in different domains, such as digitizing mail services, property management solutions, data protection solutions, coaching solutions, and fintech..
I have managed stakeholders from many countries, Egypt, UK, USA, Germany & UAE, this is such a blast that I get to have wonderful in scope and out of scope conversations with people from all over the world no matter what persona these people embody— as user, clients, customer support, marketing, business developers or anyone.

AI Statement
First of all I don’t know where the fuss about AI is coming from, reflecting on a couple of years ago when COVID hit, everyone was scared of losing their jobs and businesses took a hit but then we found a way around with remote work setups and have been more connected than ever… Same will happen with AI every business on the market now is in PANIC MODE let’s do AI, let’s have AI… I mean what does it even mean?
The approach should be, how can we integrate AI to best serve our customers? How does using AI make building the solution faster? Solving the problem better?
AI is a tool that makes us faster, more intelligent and have more access to information and research and can help us think out loud.. If the world kept going without AI forever it would have been very boring, we humans have the need to create and make changes.
